These terms apply to broadband internet services provided by Rathi Fiber Net (brand name Digital Networks) in and around Loharu, Haryana.

Connection

• A new connection is subject to fiber availability at your address and completion of KYC.
• Installation charges, router/ONT charges and security deposits, if any, are informed before installation.
• Equipment provided on rent remains our property and must be returned when the connection is closed.

Plans and payment

• Plans are prepaid. Service runs for the validity of the plan you pay for and stops on expiry until renewed.
• Prices, speeds and offers may change; changes apply from your next renewal.
• Speeds are "up to" the plan speed and can vary with Wi-Fi coverage, device capability and the website or server you use.

Fair and lawful use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to resell it without permission, or to harm our network or other users. We may suspend service that breaks these terms or the law.

Support

Complaints can be registered on call or WhatsApp at +91 94668 50483. We aim to resolve faults as quickly as possible; fiber cuts and power failures beyond our control may take longer.

Closing a connection

Tell us at least 7 days before you want to close your connection so we can collect our equipment.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bhiwani district, Haryana.
