Plan payments

Plan renewals are prepaid and activated immediately, so they are normally not refundable once the plan has started.

Payment errors

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but your plan was not renewed, contact us with the transaction details. After verification the amount is adjusted to your account or refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

New connection not possible

If we take an advance for a new connection and cannot install it at your address, the advance is refunded in full.

Security deposit

Any security deposit is returned when the connection is closed and our equipment is returned in working condition.
